Ah, another new section to Meow Kung Pow, gotta have something to update with, for us, anime news doesn’t come every day heh. So anyways, here we’ll be featuring some beautiful anime fanart found on the popular website, deviantART! I’ll be doing this section every so often.

Tamaki Suoh from Ouran High School Host Club. I find this art especially appealing, it’s like the anime, but unlike the anime. Of course the coloring style is beautiful, but it’s dramatic, like Tamaki himself, this perfectly captures his emotions as he plays his piano.

Sesshoumaru, Rin, and Jaken from Inuyasha. You’ll probably soon come to know I love fanart of characters being well, out of character! And right here’s Sesshoumaru listening to his music, which Inuyasha fans know he wouldn’t, heck, he barely does anything but be emo haha, we still love him. Besides the theme, you’ll note the beautiful coloring style and composition. Nice work, messa!

Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach. Hm, doesn’t Byakuya just look so soft here? He’s usually such a tough, quiet guy, so I find this an interesting take. And how could you resist that adorable little kitty he has in his arms? I absolutely adore how this is colored, it’s so soft, the emotion is deep.

Haji from Blood+. Ah, nice to end on fanart of the best anime ever, and what great fanart this is. Haji is an extremely hard to draw character, take it from me, but this is fabulous, got him dead on. This is a unique but very loveable style here, I think their coloring is superb! Very beautiful work indeed.
